BO2 redacted wont launch ( ID_UNCONNECTED_PONG from ourselves )

ive been desperately trying to fix this on my own i tried alot and nothing fixed it, posting here is my last resort. could someone be nice enough to help me out?..

ITS A BO2 STEAM VERSION, FOLDER PICTURE PROVIDED.

6531 | DBG | ID_UNCONNECTED_PONG from ourselves
6538 | DBG | Was sent from GUID 121597194148711011
6542 | DBG | Data is Offline Ping Data

Are you using DLC files from a non steam source? Could be the issue.

no i dont have any dlc installed..
