Cannot connect to servers

I've been having issues connecting to the servers. It used to work fine once I got it then about 10-20min after I got it I exited zombies which had previously been working fine (multiplayer worked fine too) and I tried to reopen it, everything was normal until I clicked on online, the load time was much longer than usual. Then after like 3 min of waiting it says the "The Black Ops 2 servers are not available" I've tried everything but can't get it to work anymore. Can someone help me, please.

Do you have a stable internet connection? Seems like the problem is your connection if it was working at one point.

My internet connection is stable, I heard something about nosTEAM and how that's the old version and the version I have. The person put a link to download the correct version but it was filled with viruses,

That is exactly your problem. You can't use nosteam.

then what do I use, can you give me a download link that works unlike the last one
