    General Posting Guidelines

    1. Please use SEARCH first!
Please take the time to search the forum to see if a topic similar to your problem has already been posted. This helps the staff save time by not repeating the same answers over and over and it may result in you finding an instant answer. It’s easy to search – just click the “Search” button at the top right of the page.

    2. Be DESCRIPTIVE and Don’t use stupid topic names.
Post a descriptive topic name. Give a short summary of your problem IN THE SUBJECT.

How you should NOT title a new thread :

Help me, Hello, Very urgent, I have a question

Anything similar to this might just be ignored completely or deleted. Just briefly say what you problem is.

How you SHOULD title a new thread :

    “Problem Changing FOV”
“How do I buy MW2 from Steam”

Remember when people help you, they are doing YOU a favor. Support is peer based.
Be patient, help people out by posting good descriptions of what you need help with, and not whining with complaints such as “Why is no one helping me? I'm leaving!!!”.

    Forum Rules
    1. No Spam / Advertising / Self-promote in the forums
pam as unsolicited advertisement for products, services and/or other web sites, or posts with little, or completely unrelated content. Do not spam the forums with links to your site or discounts codes , or try to self-promote your website, clan. unless it is in the Advertisement forum. Spamming will result in your posts being deleted and your account closed or suspended.

Spamming also includes sending private messages to a large number forum members. This is not your personal mailing list.

    2. Do not post copyright-infringing material
Providing or asking for information on how to illegally obtain copyrighted materials is forbidden. Do not post links to torrents or cloud storage service for download of full games of DLC content for Call of Duty or any other game.

    3. Do not post “offensive” posts, links or images
Any material which constitutes defamation, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited. Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene, racist, or otherwise overly discriminatory is not permitted on these forums. This includes user pictures. Use common sense while posting.
While this is a primarily CoD site, we do not have to conform to the stereotypes.

What is offensive is determined by the staff. Again, use common sense

    4. Do not cross post questions
Do not post the same question on different forums or sub-forums. Find the forums that best suits your need. If you have IW4x client issues, post in the IW4x Client Support forum and not the server section.

    5. Do not hijack a thread
Unless your reply is directly related to the OP, make your own new thread. You are more likely to get the help you need.

    6. Do not PM users asking for help
Do not send private messages to any users asking for help. If you need help, make a new thread in the appropriate forum. This way the entire community has the ability to help you instead of just a few.

    7. Remain respectful of other members at all times
All posts should be polite and courteous within reason. While you may disagree or have personal issues with other members, this is not the place to have an online battle. That is why Twitter was created.

You are not free to attack, degrade, insult, or otherwise belittle them or the quality of this community. It does not matter what title or power you hold in these forums, you are expected to obey this rule.

    8. Do not use ALL CAPS for thread title
This is annoying and may result in your thread being deleted. When you post a new thread, it is highlighted as New. There is no need to call extra attention to your post.
