when i open redacted bo2 it opens up normally but its blurry too. and when i try to move down my mouse i cant move it all the way down the screen. i cant connect to redacted either. it just says cod bo2 servers are down or something.

yes i have the latest version yes i do have internet connection no i dont have any plugins or mods.
i fixed the connection part but when i start a custom game it just keeps loading then after 5 mins or so it just goes to the main screen.
There are 2 issues quoted there. Which one? If its the servers being down, Redacted is only offline and LAN. If you want online, try Plutonium.

You are using the wrong exe and you should make your own thread and not hijack other's.
