Yes, I have a high end PC that can record matches in good resolution. I can use OBS or Xbox Game Bar to record matches.

I am online very close to daily, and can get online at almost any time when needed as long as it doesn't interfere with real life events.
10. How often are you playing on our game servers?
1.5-2 hours a day. I usually play a few matches of zombies on your server most days.

Around 25-60.
12. Have you ever used B3, or IW4MAdmin or RCON in the past or have experience managing servers?
I have not used these programs, but I have experience managing servers. I was a moderator in the 17k server World of Coding for a time, and I currently own/manage a ~200 person server as of right now

No, not yet.
14. In your own words, why do you think you would make a good server admin?
I would make a good server admin for many reasons. First of all, I have an affinity for the Reaction Gaming servers, as they are the highest quality servers I've played on in Plutonium and I believe I can play a vital role in assisting to keep these servers free of cheaters and hackers. In addition, I will devote myself to fair treatment in my moderation and will ensure that all possible offenders are given a fair chance to prove their innocence. I would treat all players with respect and would ensure that the servers are free of cheaters. I also have good communication and teamwork skills that can help in solving situations involving other players. Also, I have experience in in-game moderation, as I served a moderation role in a large custom/modded GTA server. Finally, I can help to formulate creative and effective solutions to problems that can harm RG's servers. I thank you for your consideration, and I hope whoever reviews this has a good day. Cheers.
