Problem with dedicated server

Hi everyone, I have prepared my dedicated server for plutonium t6, but I am having two problems.
1) If I start the server first and then open the game, the game does not start. To start the game I have to start it first and then start the server bat file
2) When I go to the server list mine is not visible (it is called [ITA] PanDaemonAeon.
I set the rules in the windows 10 firewall to allow connection to port 4976 in both tcp and udp, can you help me.
With the old version of plutonium this didn't happen to me

@Jxz-YT so when you create a firewall rule in your router you have to put in a lan ip to forward the traffic to, are you sure this is still your pc's ip? You can get your pcs lan ip by running "ipconfig" in cmd.
