Redacted Zombies Glitch/Error

When i play Zombies mode in Redacted, i end up not being able to buy any perks or the mystery box, instead some kind of file name or whatever pops up and pressing F does nothing; what am i doing wrong? Am i missing files, is something not configured right?

Update: I also noticed the DLC maps specifically are missing the characters voice files and on top of that it seems to ONLY be the DLC maps having these issues. I dont understand why this is, i downloaded and installed all the files for the DLC's and therefore i dont know what could possibly be missing. Do i have to actually purchase the DLC's on Steam and reinstall Redacted or something?

You may have downloaded outdated or broken dlc files. Try to find them from a different source or get the Fitgirl repack. You can also try Plutonium T6 which has online servers for zombies and multiplayer.
