theater problem

Hello. When I am trying to load demo that I moved to a FILM_MP folder, game just crashes. It shows loading screen, but right after that nothing happens - process is not responding with black screen.
I have only 1 demo in folder, no more. And I'm using latest version of steam BO2 and redacted on windows 10. How to fix this? Really need help
Btw if I load my own demo that I did in redacted - all works good

Am getting these "ID_UNCONNECTED_PONG from ourselves" messages in redacted console

Problem solved. Needed to change the redacted_patch.ff to a .bak in zone>redacted

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops II\zone\redacted < copy that and paste it into ur path bar in file explorer
